Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join a leading organization in the FMCG sector in Doha, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with relevant industry experience who is ready to grow and make a meaningful contribution in one of the Gulf regions most dynamic and fast paced consumer goods environments.

In this role you will support the day to day HR operations of the organization, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, managing attendance and leave, and ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be a reliable and professional point of support for both employees and management, helping to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will bring proven HR experience within the FMCG sector along with a solid understanding of core HR administration and best practices. You should be highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS platforms will be considered strong advantages for this role.
