EVA Real Estate LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This is a wonderful opportunity for an HR professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic real estate environment and contribute to building a strong and engaged workforce.

In this role, you will support the day to day functions of the HR department, playing an active part in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, assisting with payroll processes, and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the company. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive and productive workplace culture at EVA Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in core HR functions along with exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. You should be confident managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in everything you do. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role requires regular interaction with employees and management at all levels.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and CRM systems. Prior experience in a real estate or fast-paced corporate environment will be considered an advantage.
