Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: As an HR Assistant, your key responsibility will be to support the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews. You’ll also be involved in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture and operations.

Employee Relations & Support: You’ll serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment. This includes maintaining confidentiality and providing effective support in resolving workplace issues.

HR Records & Payroll Support: This role requires meticulous attention to HR documentation. You will be maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in payroll data preparation, and ensuring records are always up to date for audits and management reviews.

Operational Excellence: Organizational and administrative duties are vital to the role. You will be tasked with supporting various HR functions, including compliance with company policies, coordinating internal events, and ensuring efficient office workflow.

Technical Proficiency: Your proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience working with CRM tools will be essential in managing databases, tracking employee KPIs, and supporting automated HR processes.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication is essential in this role. You will be dealing with employees across departments and must maintain professionalism while also fostering open communication.
