Job Description
Human Resources Administrative Support – The HR Assistant will play a key role in the smooth functioning of daily HR operations by managing administrative tasks, monitoring employee requests, and ensuring all HR processes are carried out with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail across the organization.
Recruitment and Candidate Coordination – This role involves supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants. You will assist hiring managers, maintain structured interview schedules, and ensure timely updates to provide a seamless recruitment experience.
Employee Records and Documentation – You will maintain accurate employee files in both digital and physical formats, prepare essential HR documents such as contracts, memos, and offer letters, and ensure that all records remain up-to-date and compliant with internal and external requirements.
Onboarding and Offboarding Support – The HR Assistant will help ensure new employees integrate smoothly by preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientations, updating systems, and facilitating exit procedures, all while maintaining a positive and organized process for each stage of employment.
Employee Relations and HR Queries – You will handle routine employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave structures, payroll clarifications, and internal procedures. This includes offering clear guidance, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a supportive communication environment within the workplace.
Training and Performance Coordination – The role includes supporting appraisal cycles, assisting in arranging training sessions, tracking participation, and ensuring documentation is properly maintained. You will collaborate with various departments to help promote growth and development within the company.
