Job Description
Recruitment Support: As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting initial interviews. You will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent that aligns with business needs. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage recruitment pipelines effectively.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening: You will actively search for suitable candidates using multiple platforms, including job portals, professional networks, and referrals. Screening applications, shortlisting resumes, and ensuring candidates match the job requirements will form an essential part of your daily activities.
Interview Coordination: Another core responsibility will be scheduling and conducting interviews in collaboration with hiring managers. You will ensure that all candidates are well-prepared and informed about the process, while also supporting managers with structured interview guidelines.
Onboarding Assistance: Beyond recruitment, you will support the onboarding process for new hires. This includes preparing necessary documentation, guiding new employees through company policies, and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Database & Records Management: You will maintain accurate recruitment records, update candidate databases, and ensure all documentation is filed in compliance with HR policies. This will help the HR department maintain an organized and efficient hiring process.
Collaboration with Teams: You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions. Clear communication and collaboration will be crucial in ensuring recruitment strategies align with organizational goals.
