Role Overview: As an HR Assistant at Gulf Model School, you will provide essential support in managing HR operations and ensuring smooth administration of employee-related processes. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with school HR policies.
Recruitment & Onboarding: You will assist in managing recruitment processes, including preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. Ensuring new staff have the resources and orientation they need to adapt to the school’s culture will be a vital part of your role.
Employee Records & Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, handling confidential files, and preparing HR reports will be among your core duties. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key to ensuring the HR database is efficient and reliable.
Administrative & Payroll Support: You will contribute to day-to-day administrative functions such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination. Ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with staff will help maintain efficiency across operations.
Compliance & Policy Support: The HR Assistant will help ensure that school policies and UAE labor laws are consistently applied. Supporting audits, renewals of visas, and compliance-related processes will be an important responsibility in this position.
Employee Relations & Support: You will act as a point of contact for staff queries, providing support in HR-related matters, and helping resolve issues with professionalism and care. Building trust and positive relations with faculty and administrative staff will strengthen the HR function.
