Abu Dhabi National Carpet Factory is hiring an HR and Payroll Officer in Abu Dhabi to handle comprehensive HR administration and payroll processing for our manufacturing operations. You'll manage employee records, process monthly payroll, ensure compliance, coordinate visa processing, and support workforce management for production teams.

What You'll Handle

Process Monthly Payroll Accurately

You'll run end-to-end payroll for factory workers, production staff, and administrative employees. This includes calculating salaries, overtime for shift workers, production bonuses, allowances, deductions, processing payments through WPS, generating payslips, and ensuring every employee gets paid correctly and on time each month.

Manage Manufacturing Workforce HR

You'll handle HR for diverse manufacturing workforce – production line workers, machine operators, quality control staff, warehouse personnel, maintenance technicians, supervisors, and administrative support. You'll understand shift work patterns, production schedules, and manufacturing environment HR needs.

Coordinate Attendance and Overtime

You'll track employee attendance using biometric systems, manage shift rosters, calculate overtime hours for production workers, process overtime approvals, maintain leave records, generate attendance reports for payroll, and ensure accurate time tracking supporting both payroll and production planning.
