Creneau International is looking for a motivated and organized HR and Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team in Dubai. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day to day HR and administrative operations of the Dubai office, assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management, handling correspondence and office administration tasks, and ensuring that all HR and admin processes are carried out efficiently and professionally. You will play a key supporting role in keeping the office running smoothly and will work closely with the wider team to deliver consistent and high quality administrative support across all functions.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in HR and administrative support with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and a genuine passion for contributing to a fast paced and creative work environment are essential qualities we are looking for. Prior experience within a design, hospitality, or creative industry environment will be considered a strong advantage for this role.
