Position Overview: Al Taresh Group is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai – Al Garhoud. The role involves handling HR and administrative tasks, including document management, recruitment support, employee coordination, and office operations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic, possess strong organizational skills, and have solid experience in HR and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and update employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding, process HR documentation, and maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Support day-to-day HR activities including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination. Handle office correspondence, filing systems, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative and Operational Support: Coordinate with various departments to fulfill HR and administrative needs, manage office supplies and logistics, and assist with organizing company meetings and events. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations, maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all administrative processes.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and inquiries. Ensure effective communication between management and staff. Provide support in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude towards team members.
Technical and System Proficiency: The candidate should have strong experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with HR software and digital filing systems will be considered an advantage. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for data entry and report generation.
