Job Description

HR Operations Support: As an HR & Administrative Assistant, you will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations including employee data management, leave records, attendance tracking, and policy implementation. You will ensure all HR activities are organized and documented accurately.

Recruitment Assistance: You will actively support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Helping to identify and hire the right talent will be a key responsibility in this role.

Onboarding & Orientation: You will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed, oriented, and provided with the necessary tools and information to succeed in their roles. This will also include preparing employment contracts and necessary documentation.

Employee Relations: Your role will include supporting positive employee relations by addressing queries, assisting with HR communications, and ensuring a healthy workplace environment. Building trust and supporting employees will be central to your success.

Administrative Duties: Alongside HR responsibilities, you will handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence to support overall office operations.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies is an essential part of this role. You will maintain updated employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents to meet both legal and internal requirements.
