Job Description

HR Administration & Operations: As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel management, and employee relations. You will ensure that all HR functions are executed in compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Recruitment & Onboarding: You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and preparing job offers. You will also oversee onboarding programs, ensuring new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Your role will involve addressing employee queries, managing grievance procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and provide guidance to management on HR best practices.

Administrative Support & Coordination: You will manage office administration, including procurement, facilities coordination, and document control. You will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, supporting both management and staff needs.

Travel & Logistics Management: As part of your administrative duties, you will coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and transport schedules for employees. Possession of a valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
