Job Description

Role Overview – BERG Industries LLC is hiring an HR & Admin Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Ras Al Khaimah. This position is ideal for organized HR and administrative professionals with strong expertise in both HR and office management, business operations knowledge, and the ability to manage combined HR and administrative functions effectively, support organizational operations, maintain compliance, coordinate activities, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.

HR Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive HR support by coordinating HR processes, managing activities, and supporting operational efficiency. You will facilitate HR functions and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR operations professionally.

Administrative Operations Support – You will support administrative operations by coordinating business processes, managing office activities, and supporting operational efficiency. You will maintain smooth administrative functioning and support business needs. You should manage administrative functions effectively.

Employee Records Management – You will maintain employee records by organizing files, updating information, ensuring completeness, and preserving confidentiality. You will oversee organized record-keeping and compliance. You will maintain employee records professionally.

Office Management and Coordination – You will manage office operations by organizing activities, coordinating facilities, managing supplies, and supporting productivity. You will maintain efficient office environment. You should manage office effectively.

Recruitment Assistance and Support – You will assist with recruitment by supporting job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. You will coordinate with hiring managers and support hiring. You should contribute to recruitment activities.

Applicant Tracking System Management – You will manage ATS by organizing candidate information, tracking applications, and supporting recruitment workflows. You will maintain organized candidate tracking. You should manage ATS effectively.
