Job Description

Dynamic Human Resources Management: The HR & Admin Officer will oversee the complete employee journey, from talent acquisition to exit management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process at every stage. You will lead recruitment initiatives, attract the best talent, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding to guarantee new employees adapt smoothly to the firm’s culture. This position requires a proactive professional capable of anticipating HR needs and aligning them with the firm’s growth objectives.

Strategic Communication & Employee Relations: Acting as the bridge between management and employees, you will promote transparency and effective communication throughout the organization. The HR & Admin Officer will manage grievances, foster a positive working environment, and ensure fair treatment in line with UAE Labour Law. Building strong, trust-based relationships with staff at all levels is a key expectation, promoting loyalty, motivation, and retention.

Performance & Policy Development: The role includes designing and implementing performance management systems that encourage professional growth and accountability. You will develop HR policies that align with local regulations while supporting the company’s goals. These policies should promote fairness, efficiency, and a professional work culture, ensuring that all employees clearly understand their roles, rights, and responsibilities.

Administrative & Operational Excellence: The HR & Admin Officer will manage day-to-day administrative operations including payroll coordination, leave management, and maintenance of employee records. You will also oversee document control, staff scheduling, and logistical coordination with departments like IT and Finance. Attention to detail and confidentiality are crucial as you’ll be responsible for preparing internal memos, official letters, and NOCs as required.

Government Liaison & Compliance: A major part of this position involves liaising with UAE government authorities such as MOHRE, GPSSA, MOJ, and MOI to ensure compliance with all labour laws and visa procedures. The HR & Admin Officer must stay updated with changes in employment regulations and be adept at handling visa renewals, work permits, and labour card applications efficiently, avoiding any compliance issues for the firm.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring: You will generate detailed HR analytics reports and dashboards for management, providing insight into staff attendance, turnover rates, and performance trends. Monthly HR review meetings will be conducted with the Chairman to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for strategic improvement. Strong presentation and analytical skills are vital to communicate findings effectively and drive continuous improvement.
