Job Description

Job Overview: The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and executing all HR and administrative functions within the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of UAE labour law, effective management of personnel records, and the ability to support the business by ensuring compliance with HR policies and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, payroll preparation, leave management, and performance monitoring. They will also oversee administrative functions such as facility management, vendor coordination, and documentation processes to maintain a smooth office environment.

Labour Law Compliance: A major part of the role is ensuring that the company operates in compliance with UAE labour law. The HR & Admin Officer will draft contracts, process visa applications, and provide guidance to management and staff on labour law issues, thereby reducing risks and ensuring legal compliance at all times.

Employee Engagement & Support: The position involves maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. The HR & Admin Officer will act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair resolution of issues, fostering engagement, and implementing initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.

Administrative Oversight: In addition to HR duties, the role includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as office supplies procurement, company correspondence, and supporting senior management with scheduling, meetings, and documentation. The officer will ensure that all administrative processes are efficient, cost-effective, and well-structured.
