Job Overview: Kandas Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai Industrial City. The candidate should bring strong HR and administrative expertise to manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and support the overall employee experience. This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for handling onboarding and induction processes for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with UAE labor laws. They will also manage employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits administration, contributing to smooth HR operations.
Administrative Duties: This role will also involve overseeing office and camp administration, vehicle management, and facility coordination. The candidate will be expected to ensure resources are well managed, schedules are maintained, and all company policies are implemented effectively.
Compliance & Payroll: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR compliance by keeping updated with UAE labor law regulations. They will assist with payroll processing, leave management, and ensuring timely reporting of employee data. Accuracy and confidentiality will be key expectations.
Employee Engagement: The HR & Admin Executive will play an important role in maintaining positive employee relations by resolving workplace issues, supporting staff needs, and fostering a collaborative culture. They will coordinate employee engagement activities and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Job Requirements: Applicants must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration within the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and payroll is essential. A valid UAE driving license is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate organizational skills, multitasking ability, and problem-solving capacity.
