Role Overview – Oasis Metal is hiring an HR Admin Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong HR administrative and office support expertise, metal manufacturing and industrial sector knowledge, and the ability to support HR functions effectively, assist with administrative operations, coordinate HR activities, maintain records, manage office tasks, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic metal manufacturing organization.
HR Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate HR functions and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR administration professionally.
Human Resources Operations – You will support HR operations by coordinating procedures, maintaining records, organizing systems, and supporting compliance. You will oversee organized HR operations. You should manage HR administrative tasks effectively.
Administrative Operations Support – You will support administrative operations by assisting with processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help ensure office functions smoothly and professionally. You should support office operations.
Office Operations Assistance – You will assist with office operations by helping manage processes, supporting activities, maintaining organization, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate administrative workflow and completion. You should assist with office management.
Recruitment and Hiring Support – You will assist with recruitment by supporting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will coordinate with hiring managers and support hiring processes. You should contribute to recruitment activities.
Job Posting and Vacancy Management – You will assist with job postings by helping coordinate advertisements, organizing vacancies, updating information, and supporting promotion. You will help disseminate job opportunities. You should support job posting activities.
Applicant Screening Support – You will assist with applicant screening by reviewing submissions, helping evaluate qualifications, assisting with shortlisting, and maintaining records. You will help identify qualified candidates efficiently. You should assist with application screening.
Applicant Tracking System Support – You will support ATS by helping organize candidate information, tracking applications, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment workflows. You will help maintain organized candidate tracking. You should support ATS operations.
Interview Coordination Support – You will assist with interview coordination by helping schedule sessions, arranging facilities, notifying candidates, and confirming details. You will help facilitate smooth interview processes. You should assist with interview scheduling.
Candidate Communication Support – You will assist with candidate communication by helping provide information, confirming details, sending updates, and supporting professionalism. You will help maintain professional candidate communication. You should support candidate relations.
Interview Documentation Support – You will assist with interview documentation by helping organize materials, maintaining records, compiling information, and preserving documentation. You will help keep thorough interview records. You should support interview documentation.
