Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: As an HR & Admin Assistant, you will support the recruitment process from job posting to initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews. You’ll also assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation and induction steps are completed professionally.

Employee Records & HR Compliance: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized employee records, handling HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and performance records, and supporting compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

Payroll & Offboarding Support: While direct payroll processing is not required, you will provide support by preparing documentation, maintaining time and attendance logs, and coordinating offboarding procedures such as final settlements and exit interviews.

Employee Engagement & HR Activities: This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, training coordination, internal communications, and feedback surveys to help foster a collaborative work environment.

Administrative Coordination: You’ll handle day-to-day administrative functions such as meeting coordination, internal communication, maintaining supplies, and assisting department heads with scheduling and office support tasks.

Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential. Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a team-oriented mindset are key to succeeding in this fast-paced role.
