Role Overview: Ajouli LTD Almila is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR-related documentation, and manage internal correspondence while safeguarding confidential information.
HR Operations: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and leave processing to ensure operational efficiency across all HR functions.
Policy & Compliance: Support the implementation of HR policies, ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, and assist in preparing reports for management.
Employee Coordination: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing queries related to HR processes and promoting a positive workplace environment.
