Job Description

Role Overview – Autolink Contracting L.L.C is hiring an HR Admin for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized HR and administrative professionals with strong expertise in both HR and office management, construction and contracting industry knowledge, and the ability to manage combined HR and administrative functions effectively, support organizational operations, maintain compliance, coordinate activities, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic contracting organization.

HR Administrative Operations – You will manage HR administrative operations by coordinating processes, organizing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive HR administration supporting organizational objectives. You should manage HR operations professionally and systematically.

Administrative Operations Support – You will support administrative operations by coordinating business processes, managing office activities, and supporting organizational efficiency. You will maintain smooth administrative functioning and support business continuity. You should manage administrative functions effectively.

Employee Records Administration – You will maintain employee records by organizing files, updating information, ensuring completeness, and preserving confidentiality. You will oversee organized record-keeping and regulatory compliance. You will maintain employee records professionally and accurately.

Office Management and Coordination – You will manage office operations by organizing activities, coordinating facilities, managing supplies, and supporting workplace productivity. You will maintain efficient and professional office environment. You should manage office effectively.

Recruitment Assistance – You will assist with recruitment by supporting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will coordinate with hiring managers and support hiring processes. You should contribute to recruitment activities.
