Role Overview – Deluxe Holiday is hiring an HR Admin for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong administrative capabilities, UAE labor law knowledge, and the ability to manage HR operations, coordinate recruitment, process employee documentation, and support efficient HR functions within a hospitality and holiday services environment.
HR Operations and Administration – You will manage HR operations by overseeing daily HR administrative activities, maintaining employee records and databases, processing HR documentation and paperwork, coordinating HR processes and workflows, managing employee files and HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, supporting HR service delivery across departments, and maintaining efficient, organized HR operations.
Recruitment and Hiring Coordination – You will coordinate recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening CVs and applications, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, coordinating with recruitment agencies, maintaining applicant tracking systems, preparing employment offers and contracts, conducting reference checks, and supporting timely, effective hiring processes.
Employee Onboarding and Documentation – You will manage employee onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and employment contracts, collecting required documents (certificates, IDs, photographs, NOCs), coordinating orientation programs and induction activities, processing employee enrollment in systems, preparing employee files and records, facilitating smooth onboarding experiences, and ensuring compliant, comprehensive new hire processing.
Visa and Immigration Coordination – You will coordinate visa and immigration by liaising with PROs on visa applications and processing, tracking visa statuses and renewals, coordinating medical tests and Emirates ID applications, managing labor card applications and renewals, coordinating with MOHRE and immigration authorities, tracking document expiry dates (passports, visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs), and ensuring timely, compliant immigration processing.
Employee Offboarding and Exit Management – You will manage employee offboarding by processing resignations and terminations according to UAE labor law, conducting exit interviews and collecting feedback, calculating end-of-service benefits and final settlements, coordinating clearance procedures and company property returns, canceling visas and labor cards, updating employee records, and ensuring professional, compliant offboarding processes.
Payroll Administration Support – You will support payroll administration by collecting and verifying attendance data and timesheets, processing leave requests and approvals, managing overtime records, coordinating with payroll teams or finance on salary processing, tracking salary adjustments and deductions, ensuring accurate payroll inputs, and supporting timely payroll delivery.
