Job Description

Role Overview – Desert Group is conducting Walk-In Interviews for HR Admin position. This opportunity is for immediate joiners only and is ideal for HR professionals with 2+ years of HR experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or similar field who are ready to join a team that values professionalism and people-first thinking.

HR Administrative Support – You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support including managing employee records, processing documentation, coordinating HR activities, maintaining HRIS systems, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations that support the organization's workforce.

Documentation and Record Management – You will manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records including personnel files, contracts, leave records, attendance data, and other HR documents. Proper record-keeping ensures compliance, supports HR processes, and provides accessible information for management and reporting.

Recruitment Coordination – You will support recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding processes that bring new employees into the organization smoothly.

Employee Data Management – You will manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy, updating information, generating reports, maintaining data integrity, and providing HR analytics that support decision-making and workforce planning.

Leave and Attendance Administration – You will administer leave and attendance systems, processing leave requests, tracking employee attendance, maintaining leave balances, coordinating with payroll, and ensuring proper documentation of time and attendance records.

HR Policy Support – You will support HR policy implementation by communicating policies to employees, maintaining policy documentation, assisting with compliance, and ensuring HR practices align with organizational policies and UAE labor regulations.

Employee Query Handling – You will handle employee queries related to HR matters including leave policies, benefits, documentation requirements, and general HR processes. Responsive support ensures employees receive timely assistance with their HR-related needs.

Reporting and Analytics – You will prepare HR reports and analytics including headcount reports, turnover analysis, recruitment metrics, attendance summaries, and other management reports that provide visibility into HR operations and workforce trends.

HR Experience – 2+ years of HR experience is required. Your experience should demonstrate hands-on work with HR processes, employee administration, documentation, and supporting HR functions in organizational settings.

MS Excel Proficiency – Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. You should be skilled at creating spreadsheets, using formulas, analyzing data, generating reports, and leveraging Excel for HR data management and analytics.

Educational Background – Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or similar field is required. Your educational foundation provides the HR knowledge, principles, and professional preparation necessary for effective HR practice.

HR Systems Knowledge – Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR software supports efficient data management, reporting, and administrative workflows. Experience with common HR platforms is valuable for this role.

Communication Skills – Good communication skills are important for interacting with employees, coordinating with managers, responding to queries, and ensuring effective information flow across HR and organizational functions.

Attention to Detail – Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining accurate records, processing documentation correctly, ensuring data integrity, and upholding the quality standards expected in HR administration.

UAE Labor Law Knowledge – Basic knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance requirements is valuable for ensuring HR practices align with regulatory obligations and protecting the organization from compliance risks.

Organizational Skills – Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple HR responsibilities, tracking various processes, meeting deadlines, and ensuring HR administration operates efficiently.
