Job Description

Role Overview – Sky Blue Group, a dynamic and growing organization in the UAE, is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Admin to join our human resources and administrative team. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in HR operations, administrative support, recruitment processes, and employee relations within a professional corporate environment.

HR Operations Support – You will support daily HR operations including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, updating employee databases, preparing HR documents, and assisting with HR correspondence. Your responsibilities include organizing employee files, ensuring documentation compliance, managing HR records accurately, coordinating with various departments, and supporting the HR team in maintaining systematic and organized HR operations that meet company standards.

Recruitment Assistance – You will assist with recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant tracking records. Your involvement in the hiring process provides valuable exposure to talent acquisition, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruitment documentation, helping you understand the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate selection.

Administrative Support Functions – You will provide administrative support across various office functions including document preparation, data entry, filing, correspondence management, meeting coordination, and general office assistance. Strong organizational skills enable you to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently, support office operations smoothly, maintain proper documentation, and ensure administrative processes run seamlessly throughout the workday.

Employee Records Management – You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, attendance records, leave applications, and other HR documentation. Your attention to detail ensures proper record-keeping, data accuracy, confidentiality maintenance, and compliance with HR documentation standards that protect both employee privacy and company interests.

HR Communication Support – You will support internal HR communications by preparing announcements, coordinating employee communications, distributing HR materials, and assisting with employee queries under supervision. Your communication support helps maintain effective information flow between HR and employees, ensures timely communication of policies and updates, and contributes to a well-informed workforce.

Attendance and Leave Tracking – You will assist with monitoring employee attendance, tracking leave applications, updating attendance records, preparing attendance reports, and supporting the HR team in maintaining accurate time and attendance data. Your involvement in attendance management provides practical experience with workforce management systems and HR analytics.

Office Coordination Activities – You will support office coordination including managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, assisting with facility-related tasks, supporting event planning, and handling various administrative coordination duties. Your proactive approach helps maintain a well-organized office environment and supports smooth daily operations across administrative functions.

HR Projects and Initiatives – You will participate in HR projects and initiatives including employee engagement activities, HR process improvements, policy documentation, training coordination, and special assignments as directed by the HR team. This exposure provides valuable learning opportunities and allows you to contribute meaningfully to HR department objectives.

Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for interacting with employees, candidates, team members, and management. You should be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously in various workplace situations, draft correspondence accurately, and represent the HR function effectively.

Organizational Abilities – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, following systematic procedures, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality in all administrative and HR support activities. Your ability to stay organized contributes directly to operational efficiency.
