Job Description

Customer Query Management: Tap on the queries received on our websites and social media platforms, ensuring that every query is handled efficiently and converted into a potential business opportunity. You will be responsible for monitoring incoming requests, categorizing them, and proactively responding to clients with detailed solutions, guaranteeing a seamless interaction from the first touchpoint.

Quick Response & Follow-Up: Ensure that all queries are attended to in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes following up on unresolved queries, keeping clients informed on progress, and ensuring there is no delay in communication. The role requires attentiveness, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Client Escalation Handling: Manage and resolve escalations from clients with professionalism and empathy. You will need to identify the root cause of issues, communicate effectively with relevant internal teams, and provide clear resolutions while maintaining a positive client experience. Your goal will be to turn challenging situations into opportunities for customer delight.

Issue Resolution Support: Be available to resolve client issues as they arise, offering assistance across multiple channels including email, chat, and calls. You will play a critical role in maintaining client trust by ensuring that concerns are addressed accurately and efficiently while documenting each resolution for future reference.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to relay feedback, suggest improvements in service delivery, and enhance the overall client experience. By working as a bridge between clients and internal departments, you will help create seamless workflows that benefit both clients and the company.

Continuous Learning & Improvement: Continuously update your knowledge of our travel services, packages, and policies to provide accurate guidance to clients. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to improve your skills and stay ahead in customer service excellence. Your ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes will be crucial for success.
