Job Overview: As an Entry-Level HR Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department in managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with the day-to-day HR processes. You will gain exposure to various HR functions while ensuring smooth operational efficiency in the department. Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include handling employee documentation, maintaining HR databases, and assisting in onboarding processes. You will also support HR operations such as leave management, benefits coordination, and responding to employee queries. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure all processes are compliant with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Required Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in HR operations is essential, preferably within the UAE. You should have prior exposure to the employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding and probation tracking to offboarding and final settlement preparation. This experience will enable you to adapt quickly to our work environment and contribute effectively to our HR functions.

Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are crucial for success in this role.
