Job Description
Role Overview: The Counter Staff will serve as the first point of contact for clients at Al Fuad Exchange, managing remittances, providing information on financial services, and ensuring smooth transactional processes in a professional and courteous manner.
Client Support & Service: The role involves assisting clients with incoming and outgoing transactions, explaining available services, addressing inquiries, and providing clear guidance on products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Remittance & Transaction Handling: Candidates will manage direct and third-party remittances, handle WPS salary disbursements, and perform single-window operations efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
Compliance & Privacy: The Counter Staff must ensure adherence to compliance protocols, including KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures, while maintaining the confidentiality of client information and supporting audit requirements.
Problem-Solving & Complaint Management: The role requires resolving customer complaints effectively, coordinating with operations teams, and implementing solutions that enhance the client experience and preserve company reputation.
Operational Assistance: Responsibilities include supporting WPS salary processing, SIF file operations, and other operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulatory and company policies.
