Job Description
Client Communication & Coordination ➤ The Complex Executive Office Assistant acts as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, professionally managing all incoming and outgoing communications through telephone and email while ensuring timely responses, clarity of information, and excellent service standards aligned with Marriott International values.
Administrative Operations & Record Management ➤ This role is responsible for entering, updating, and retrieving information from computer databases to maintain accurate records, files, correspondence logs, and guest-related documentation, ensuring that all data is properly organized, secure, and easily accessible when required.
Document Preparation & Professional Correspondence ➤ The position involves preparing high-quality letters, reports, memos, and internal communications using standard office software, ensuring all documents meet corporate standards and reflect a polished, professional image of the organization.
Proofreading & Attention to Detail ➤ The assistant carefully reviews and proofreads all documents before circulation to ensure accuracy, correct formatting, and completeness, minimizing errors and maintaining the credibility and efficiency of executive communications.
Executive Support & Office Equipment Handling ➤ The role provides daily administrative support to the executive team by operating standard office equipment, managing document transmission through digital and physical channels, and assisting with workflow coordination to support smooth executive operations.
Guest Interaction & Service Excellence ➤ The assistant welcomes guests according to company service standards, anticipates their needs, responds courteously to inquiries, and ensures that all interactions reflect the warmth, professionalism, and hospitality excellence of The Westin brand.
Confidentiality & Professional Integrity ➤ This position requires strict adherence to confidentiality standards, ensuring that all proprietary information, executive matters, and sensitive records are handled with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
