Job Description

 Record Maintenance & Documentation ✦ The Clerk / Assistant Clerk will maintain comprehensive records related to plant, machinery, and garage operations, including maintenance logs, repair history, spare parts documentation, and operational schedules.

Coordination with Teams ✦ This role involves coordinating with garage supervisors, mechanics, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely updates on maintenance activities, and accurate reporting of operational data.

Daily & Weekly Reporting ✦ The candidate will prepare daily and weekly reports, monitor work progress, and record all necessary operational data, ensuring that management has clear visibility on garage and plant operations.

Inventory & Material Support ✦ Responsibilities include supporting inventory tracking, material documentation, and ensuring that all spare parts and equipment are properly recorded and readily available for operational needs.

Process Compliance & Filing ✦ The Clerk / Assistant Clerk will ensure proper filing of records, adherence to company procedures, and compliance with documentation standards to maintain an organized and audit-ready system.

Computer & Software Skills ✦ The role requires basic computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data entry, enabling accurate reporting, record management, and communication within the team.
