Position Overview: As the Chief Human Resource Officer at American Hospital Dubai, you will be the strategic leader driving the organization’s human capital initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating performance management systems and fostering an environment of continuous professional development.
Leadership and Strategy: You will be expected to provide visionary leadership that inspires trust and credibility across all levels of the hospital. As part of the executive team, you will contribute to decision-making processes, ensuring that HR considerations are integral to strategic planning. Your leadership will help maintain a high-performance culture, prioritizing patient care and employee well-being equally.
Organizational Effectiveness: A core part of your role will be assessing and improving organizational effectiveness. You will introduce innovative HR programs that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support the delivery of world-class healthcare services. Your strategic initiatives will aim to foster teamwork, diversity, and inclusion while upholding the hospital’s values.
Compliance and Best Practices: As a healthcare HR leader, you will ensure that all HR activities comply with UAE labor laws and international best practices. You will keep the organization updated on changing regulations, mitigate legal risks, and ensure robust policies are in place to handle employee relations professionally and ethically.
Required Skills and Expertise: This role demands a strong command of HR fundamentals, exceptional leadership, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. You should possess advanced problem-solving capabilities, strong interpersonal communication, and a track record of implementing impactful HR programs. Knowledge of healthcare industry HR practices is highly preferred.
