Job Overview: Ansar Mall is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our finance team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will come from a retail industry background and possess a minimum of 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. You will prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, and work closely with auditors to facilitate smooth audits.

Financial Planning & Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Implementing cost-control measures and monitoring expenditures will be a vital part of your role, helping to maximize profitability in a competitive retail environment.

Retail Industry Focus: As this role is specific to the retail sector, you will be expected to understand the complexities of high-volume sales operations, seasonal fluctuations, and inventory management. Your experience will enable you to adapt accounting processes to align with retail business cycles and operational demands.

Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial for success in this position.
