Job Overview: The Assistant HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department in a fast-paced catering and food services environment. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions, maintaining employee satisfaction, and assisting with organizational growth through strategic planning and implementation of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities: You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training while supporting the senior HR leadership with HR strategy and compliance. The role includes handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to ensure staff productivity and a positive workplace culture.

Employee Relations: Building and maintaining effective employee relations is at the core of this position. You will implement best practices in communication, conduct surveys, and ensure that feedback channels are open and effective. You'll also manage disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations professionally.

Policy Implementation & Compliance: You will ensure company policies are up to date and aligned with current UAE labor laws. You’ll also work to enforce HR compliance throughout the organization, handle audits, and document processes for transparency and legal safety.

Training & Development: The role includes identifying training needs, designing training schedules, and supporting leadership in performance development. You’ll introduce workshops and coaching programs that support career growth and productivity across departments.

HR Reporting & Systems: Using HR systems and software, you will generate analytical reports on employee performance, payroll, and attendance. Your input will help the senior management make data-driven decisions and improve business efficiency.
