Job Description

Role Overview – FIVE Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Assistant HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for emerging HR professionals with foundational HR expertise, hospitality industry knowledge, and the ability to support HR operations effectively, assist with recruitment activities, coordinate employee relations, support compliance, maintain records, and develop HR career within a dynamic luxury hospitality organization.

HR Administration and Support – You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support by managing HR processes, maintaining systems, and supporting operational efficiency. You will coordinate HR activities, prepare HR documentation, and support HR team functions. You will ensure smooth HR operations supporting hospitality business needs.

Employee Recruitment Support – You will assist in recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview logistics. You will organize candidate information, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment records. You will contribute to effective talent acquisition supporting hotel staffing requirements.

Hotel Staffing Coordination – You will support hotel staffing by assisting with recruitment for hospitality positions including housekeeping, food service, reception, and guest services. You will coordinate with department heads, track staffing requirements, and support recruitment for operational roles. You will assist in staffing diverse hospitality positions.

Employee Onboarding Coordination – You will coordinate new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials, scheduling training, organizing welcome activities, and supporting smooth integration. You will prepare orientation checklists, coordinate first-day logistics, ensure required documentation, and support positive experience introduction. You will facilitate effective integration supporting early employee success.

Employee Records and Documentation Management – You will maintain accurate employee files by organizing personnel records, updating employee information, ensuring documentation completeness, and preserving confidential data securely. You will organize filing systems enabling easy retrieval, maintain contact information, update employment records, and support compliance with retention requirements. You will maintain organized employee documentation.

Payroll Support and Coordination – You will provide payroll administrative support by coordinating with payroll providers, organizing payroll data, and maintaining employee records. You will verify payroll information, compile salary data, support timely processing, and maintain payroll documentation. You will assist in accurate, compliant payroll administration.
