Job Description

Role Overview – Rumailah Farms is hiring an Assistant HR Manager in Fujairah. This position is ideal for HR professionals who can support HR management functions, assist with recruitment and employee relations, support HR operations, and contribute to effective people management practices within the organization.

HR Operations Support – You will support HR operations by assisting with employee administration, maintaining HR records, processing documentation, coordinating HR activities, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions that support the workforce.

Recruitment and Onboarding – You will assist with recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer letters, and facilitating comprehensive onboarding programs that help new employees integrate successfully.

Employee Relations – You will support employee relations by serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, promoting positive work environment, and ensuring employees feel heard and supported.

HR Policy Implementation – You will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, communicating policies to employees, ensuring compliance, maintaining policy documentation, and supporting consistent application of HR practices across the organization.

Performance Management Support – You will support performance management processes including coordinating performance reviews, maintaining performance records, tracking goal setting, and assisting with performance improvement initiatives that drive employee development.

Training and Development Coordination – You will coordinate training and development activities including identifying training needs, scheduling programs, maintaining training records, tracking employee development, and supporting the organization's commitment to continuous learning.

HR Reporting and Analytics – You will prepare HR reports and analytics including headcount reports, turnover analysis, recruitment metrics, and other management reports that provide visibility into HR operations and workforce trends.

Compliance and Labor Relations – You will support compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and HR best practices. Your compliance support protects the organization from regulatory risks and ensures proper employment practices.

HR Experience – HR experience in assistant or coordinator roles is required. You should demonstrate understanding of HR functions, employee administration, recruitment, and supporting HR management in organizational settings.
