Position Overview: Everest Pipeline is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the efficient operations of our office in Fujairah. This role is essential in ensuring daily administrative functions run smoothly, providing support to management, and coordinating office activities to achieve organizational goals.
Office Management: The Administrative Officer will oversee day-to-day administrative activities, including maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and ensuring proper record-keeping. You will play a critical role in creating an organized and professional work environment for all staff members.
Communication & Coordination: A core responsibility of this role is to facilitate effective communication between departments, staff, and management. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, drafting emails, and managing phone calls to ensure information flows seamlessly across the organization.
Staff & Management Support: You will provide direct administrative support to management and employees by preparing reports, organizing meetings, arranging travel logistics, and maintaining confidential records. Your role will help reduce operational bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Technology & Documentation: The position requires proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You will prepare professional documents, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and support data entry tasks that contribute to accurate record-keeping.
Problem-Solving & Initiative: As an Administrative Officer, you will often be the first point of contact for resolving minor issues in the office. With a problem-solving mindset, you will be expected to handle challenges quickly and independently while escalating larger issues to the management team.
