Job Overview: Al Qana in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office support tasks, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and assisting both staff and visitors with professional service. Administrative Duties: The Administrative Assistant will manage a wide range of clerical responsibilities such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining records, and organizing files. The candidate will also support management with scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating office supplies, ensuring that daily operations are carried out seamlessly.
Customer Service Support: A major part of the role involves handling client and visitor interactions. The candidate should be able to provide a warm welcome to guests, manage incoming inquiries, and respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are crucial to maintain the professional image of Al Qana.
Office Coordination: The role requires coordination across different teams to ensure efficient flow of information. The Administrative Assistant will act as a bridge between departments, managing internal communications, and assisting in organizing events, meetings, and staff activities. Strong organizational abilities will be vital in handling multiple priorities at once.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools is essential. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable learning new systems and digital platforms to improve efficiency. Basic data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and preparing presentations will be part of daily tasks.
Job Requirements: Applicants must have proven administrative experience of 2–3 years, preferably in the UAE. Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are expected. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are required to thrive in this role.
