This position is ideal for accomplished administrative professionals with strong administrative and office operations expertise, shipping and logistics industry knowledge, and the ability to support administrative functions effectively, manage office operations, coordinate HR activities, maintain records, support stakeholders, ensure compliance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic shipping and logistics company.
Administrative and Office Operations – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate smooth office operations and support organizational objectives. You should manage administrative functions professionally.
Office Operations Management – You will manage office operations by overseeing processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure office functions smoothly and professionally. You should manage office operations effectively.
Administrative Tasks Management – You will manage administrative tasks by organizing activities, coordinating procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining organization. You will facilitate administrative workflow and completion. You should manage administrative duties effectively.
Reception and Front Desk Support – You will support reception by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, directing communication, and maintaining organization. You will represent organization professionally. You should provide professional front office support.
Visitor Management – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to personnel, maintaining logs, and supporting protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience. You should manage visitor interactions.
Phone Management and Communication – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards. You should manage phones professionally.
Email and Correspondence Management – You will manage correspondence by organizing communications, responding professionally, filing appropriately, and maintaining records. You will support communication flow and organization. You should manage correspondence professionally.
