Job Description

Role Overview – Motherson is hiring an Admin/HR Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong combined administrative/HR coordination expertise, automotive and manufacturing industry knowledge, and the ability to support both administrative/HR functions effectively, manage office operations, assist with recruitment, coordinate HR activities, maintain records, ensure smooth workflow, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic automotive manufacturing organization.

Administrative/HR Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative/HR support by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate both office operations and HR functions. You should manage combined admin/HR responsibilities professionally.

Office Operations Support – You will support office operations by assisting with processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help ensure office functions smoothly. You should support office operations.

Administrative Tasks Management – You will manage administrative tasks by organizing activities, coordinating procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining organization. You will facilitate administrative workflow and completion. You should manage administrative duties effectively.

HR Administrative Support – You will provide HR administrative support by coordinating processes, managing activities, maintaining systems, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate HR functions and support organizational objectives. You should manage HR administration professionally.

Human Resources Operations – You will support HR operations by coordinating procedures, maintaining records, organizing systems, and supporting compliance. You will oversee organized HR operations. You should manage HR administrative tasks effectively.

Reception and Front Desk Support – You will support reception by greeting visitors, managing inquiries, directing communication, and maintaining organization. You will represent organization professionally. You should provide professional front office support.

Visitor Management – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to personnel, maintaining logs, and supporting protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience. You should manage visitor interactions.
