Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team at Team Leader Engineering Consultancy, located in Sky Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining efficiency across all office functions within a fast-paced engineering environment.

Administrative Support: The Admin Officer will manage and organize daily office activities, ensuring that operations run efficiently. This includes maintaining filing systems, handling correspondence, preparing professional reports, and monitoring administrative workflows. The position requires strong multitasking abilities to support various departments with documentation and operational requirements.

Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for managing key company documentation such as quotations, tenders, and contracts. A strong understanding of documentation control processes within the engineering or contracting industry is vital. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission are essential to maintaining compliance with company and client standards.

Coordination and Communication: The Admin Officer will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external communications. This includes coordinating meetings, handling phone and email inquiries, and scheduling appointments or travel arrangements for management and staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to interact with clients, consultants, and suppliers professionally.

Operational Efficiency: In this role, you will oversee daily administrative procedures such as office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean, well-functioning workplace. You will also coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth document flow and compliance with organizational policies.

Team Support and Staff Onboarding: The ideal candidate will assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation, facilitating orientations, and maintaining updated employee records. You will play a key role in supporting a positive and efficient work environment where teamwork and productivity are prioritized.
