Job Description
SK Group is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support its operations and management team in Dubai. This is a key operational role for an administrative professional who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Operations Department, ensuring seamless communication and the smooth execution of business requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, proposals, legal documents, and corporate records, as well as managing client correspondence, onboarding new clients, and facilitating meetings by preparing materials and recording minutes. You will coordinate tender submissions, track follow-up actions, and provide comprehensive executive support to management, ensuring that no detail is missed and that project requirements are met efficiently and on time.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and brings a minimum of three years of experience in administration or executive support roles. Experience in facility management or manpower supply environments is considered a strong advantage and will be viewed favourably. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, possess excellent organisational abilities, and communicate with clarity and confidence. The ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional integrity is essential for this role.
