Position Overview: Emirates Creative is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin cum HR Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations while supporting HR activities and event coordination. This dual-role position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys balancing structured administrative duties with vibrant event-related tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the backbone of office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication across departments.
Administrative Responsibilities: The selected candidate will oversee general office management, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that daily operations run seamlessly. You will manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and maintain proper filing systems. Strong attention to detail and time management are essential to keep administrative processes efficient and well-organized.
Human Resources Support: As an integral part of the HR team, you will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and record maintenance. You’ll also help with updating HR databases, handling employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within HR while managing broader administrative duties.
Event Coordination: Emirates Creative’s success lies in its ability to deliver exceptional events, and your contribution will be crucial to this process. You will assist the event management team with planning, logistics, and vendor coordination for various corporate and creative events. The role demands flexibility, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
Required Expertise and Skills: We are looking for someone with proven experience in both administration and human resources, particularly within the events industry. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong multitasking, presentation, and client communication abilities. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in preparing professional presentations and quotations. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, and female candidates are preferred for this role.
