Job Description

Role Overview –  Bellaviu Holiday Homes is hiring an Administrator for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized administrative professionals with strong administrative expertise, holiday homes and hospitality industry knowledge, and the ability to support administrative functions effectively, manage office operations, coordinate diverse activities, maintain records, ensure smooth workflow, support guest services, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic holiday homes and vacation rental organization.

Administrative Operations Support – You will support administrative operations by assisting with processes, maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and supporting efficiency. You will help ensure office functions smoothly and professionally. You should support office operations.

Office Operations Assistance – You will assist with office operations by helping manage processes, supporting activities, maintaining organization, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate administrative workflow and completion. You should assist with office management.

Administrative Activities Management – You will manage administrative activities by organizing tasks, coordinating procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining organization. You will facilitate administrative workflow and task completion. You should manage administrative tasks effectively.

Reception and Front Desk Support – You will support reception by greeting visitors and guests, managing inquiries, directing communication, and maintaining organization. You will represent organization professionally. You should provide professional front office support.

Guest Greeting and Reception – You will greet guests and visitors by welcoming warmly, directing appropriately, providing information, and supporting positive experience. You will represent hospitality and professionalism. You should greet guests professionally.

Visitor and Guest Management – You will manage visitors and guests by greeting appropriately, directing to locations, maintaining logs, and supporting protocols. You will maintain professional visitor and guest experience. You should manage guest interactions.

Phone Management and Communication – You will manage telephone communications by answering calls professionally, routing appropriately, taking messages, and supporting communication flow. You will maintain professional phone standards. You should manage phones professionally.

Guest Inquiry Response – You will respond to guest inquiries by providing information, answering questions, supporting understanding, and maintaining professionalism. You will be helpful guest resource. You should handle guest questions.

Email and Correspondence Management – You will manage correspondence by organizing communications, responding professionally, filing appropriately, and maintaining records. You will support communication flow and organization. You should manage correspondence professionally.
